A distinct view for each responsibility
The caregiver's contribution and the owner's review are different tasks. Workspaces shaped by account access let the interface reflect those responsibilities.
Got Real Recovery — Concierge Care / Custom caregiver management software
A custom platform for Got Real Recovery's 24-hour caregiving operation, giving caregivers a place to record daily care and ownership the context to review it.
The problem
In a 24-hour care business, the person reviewing an update may not be the person who recorded it. A shift report needs to preserve what happened, while readings and medication records provide additional context. The next review starts with understanding that history.
Ownership has a different task from the caregiver entering a shift. It needs to examine current information, look back across a period, and prepare for conversations about care. The product needed to serve those different responsibilities while keeping the records understandable.
What we built
OmniQuake designed the working experience around the company's own identity and operation. Individual sign-in leads to a workspace shaped by account access and responsibility. Caregivers contribute daily shift information; ownership reviews the care overview and the records behind it.
The ownership workspace includes vitals and readings, medication records, shift reports, family-meeting tools, and administration. Dated entries and time-range controls let a reviewer move between current information and a longer view. A single observation can be read alongside the history that gives it context.
Reporting is part of that review process. Shift reports preserve the daily detail, while branded report preparation and family-meeting tools support the conversations that follow. The interface connects the work of recording care with the work of explaining and overseeing it.
The working difference
Caregivers can contribute daily information where ownership can review it. The care overview, historical records, and reporting tools support the transition from documenting a shift to understanding the wider operation.
Inside the software
A closer look at the capabilities connected within the application.
Caregivers enter daily shift information in the company's branded workspace.
Ownership can examine shift reports alongside readings, vitals, and medication records.
Dated entries, time ranges, and trend views support a review beyond the latest update.
Branded reporting and family-meeting tools support the next care review or coordination discussion.
What this project demonstrates
The caregiver's contribution and the owner's review are different tasks. Workspaces shaped by account access let the interface reflect those responsibilities.
Time-range controls and dated records help reviewers look at a period of care, rather than relying only on the most recent value or report.
Shift reports, care information, and branded report preparation give administrative review and family-meeting preparation a shared source of context.
Apply the idea
This project is relevant to service businesses that operate across shifts or give several people responsibility for the same customer. The useful design question is what each person needs to record, understand, or decide when the work reaches them.
For a similar project, we would map a typical shift, the information needed at handoff, and the reports leadership uses. That would define the first working views, the records they share, and who should have access to each part.
